and saasAbout the RoleThe Company is in search of a Head of Strategic Banking Partnerships to join their team on a fractional basis. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing and nurturing connections with banks and private lenders, as well as providing strategic guidance on go-to-market tactics within specific market segments. This role is pivotal in engaging key customer personas, including C-suite executives and heads of real estate and mortgage lending, to facilitate qualified executive meetings that lead to active business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking leadership, credit/risk, or real estate/mortgage lending, with a focus on enterprise decision-making and a proven ability to influence bank adoption decisions.As the Head of Strategic Banking Partnerships, the primary responsibilities will include leveraging a strong network to secure warm executive introductions, orchestrating high-quality first meetings, and shaping go-to-market playbooks based on real-time market intelligence. The role requires a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of experience in the banking or real estate lending sector, who can bring executive gravitas, impeccable discretion, and strong meeting facilitation skills to the table. The candidate should be fluent in topics such as credit policy, loan administration, portfolio monitoring, and risk controls, and be adept at identifying and refining value narratives based on executive priorities.
