Local CDL Class A Driver

No overnight stays are required.• Set schedule: 10-hour shift Tuesday–Friday/starting at 6:00 am (working until route complete) with weekends off• Pay rate: Training Pay @ $26.00/hour After Training rate @ $8.78/hour + Commission. Earn up to $65,000 in 1st-year earningsWell-maintained, modern fleet of tractors and trailers with all automatic transmissionPosition responsibilities:The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customersThe CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicleThis role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truckOther duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the militaryMust be at least 21 years of ageMust possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's LicenseMust be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 poundsPreferred Education and Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
