Cybersecurity Solutions Architect/Engineer

We are seeking a visionary Principal AI/ML Cybersecurity Architect to drive the next generation of predictive defense and fraud detection across our enterprise systems (including USPS environments). In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between advanced data science and enterprise cybersecurity—designing secure, high-performing AI solutions, directing specialized technical teams, and transforming complex data into real-time defensive intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect AI/ML Solutions: Design, scale, and implement secure AI/ML solution architectures, advanced analytics, and MLOps lifecycles within Azure Databricks and AWS/Azure cloud environments.Threat & Fraud Detection: Apply expert-level analytical approaches to massive, disparate data streams to uncover sophisticated cybersecurity threats and organizational fraud schemes.Lead Specialized Teams: Direct cross-functional teams of data scientists, data engineers, and BI specialists to deliver cutting-edge technology and tradecraft solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse business units to identify, aggregate, and analyze new data sources, significantly reducing the time needed to deliver analytical insights.System Gap Analysis: Highlight vulnerabilities within current processes and systems; recommend and implement strategic remediation solutions to deter malicious activity.Executive Communication: Translate complex data models into clear dashboards (Tableau) and visual reports for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership; respond swiftly to ad-hoc investigative requests.Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 10+ years of overall cybersecurity architecture and/or engineering experience, including 5+ years of specialized experience developing counter-fraud solutions.Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and R development.Platforms & Tools: Deep expertise with Azure Databricks, Tableau, AWS, and modern MLOps model lifecycle management frameworks.AI/LLM Architecture: Demonstrated ability to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and advanced analytics into highly secure, complex enterprise environments.Leadership: Proven track record of managing delivery across multiple large-scale engagements (risk management, cyber, workforce/financial analytics) and engaging stakeholders at all levels.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent practical enterprise experience.
