We have an urgent opening for the following,Role: Bench Test Engineer – Enterprise SSD TestingLocation: Boise, ID (Onsite)Experience Level: 3+ years of experienceVisa Type : USC,GC And H4EADMost important key elements are this:Perform hands-on bench testing of SSD products, including:Power systems and discrete component evaluationSwitching regulators and LDO regulatorsJob Description:Performs design and development engineering assignments related to hardware products and systems including development of new products or updates to existing products. Work may encompass one or more areas of engineering including electronic design, mechanical design, or other related fields. Duties may include research, evaluation, development, and application of new processes and methods into products. May be responsible for establishing and conducting testing routines, developing or executing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and documentation of work and results. 0-3 years of experienceThe role requires 3–4 years of experience in electrical lab bench testing, ideally with SSD-related hardware or similar technologies.Key technical skills include:Strong Linux command line proficiencyPython experienceAbility to review schematics and define test setupsKnowledge of switching regulators, LDOs, and power systemsClear technical communication skillsThe position is fully on site in Boise, with 60–75% hands on bench testing and 20–30% reporting, debugging, and communication.Requirements:The ideal candidate should:Have a bachelor's degree with 3–4 years of relevant experience, or approximately 6 years of experience without a degreeBe able to work independently, show strong ownership, and operate as a self starterSet up test systems, document procedures, and independently troubleshoot hardware issuesBe physically present in the lab for hands on characterization workPossess sufficient technical depth to function similarly to a highly skilled technician
