Company DescriptionEtnia Eyewear Culture is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Account Executive to lead and grow our presence across a new territory covering Northern California, Hawaii, and surrounding areas, including key counties such as Contra Costa (excluding the 24 corridor), Alameda (north of San Leandro), Napa, Sonoma (city of Sonoma only), Solano, Sacramento, Sutter, Placer, Alpine, Mono, Calaveras, San Joaquin, Merced, Stanislaus, Amador, Sierra, Washoe, Carson City, and surrounding regions.In this role, you will represent one of the leading independent eyewear brands, managing an established territory while unlocking new business opportunities.If you are passionate about premium eyewear, thrive in a relationship-driven sales environment, and have a strong network in the optical industry, this is your opportunity to make an impact.Note: This is a 1099 contract position (commission-based, no employment benefits).What you’ll do:Manage and grow the Northern California, Hawaii, and surrounding territory through strong client relationships and strategic prospectingConduct regular in-store visits, trunk shows, and participate in trade eventsIdentify new business opportunities and expand distribution within your marketEnsure best-in-class brand representation through merchandising and storytellingConsistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsWhat we’re looking for:Experience in optical sales or territory management (premium segment preferred)A strong network and proven ability to drive sales growthHighly motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel (including overnight trips)Why join us:Represent a globally recognized, design-driven eyewear brandCompetitive commission + bonus structureEstablished territory with strong growth potentialAutonomy and a dynamic, entrepreneurial environmentOnly qualified candidates will be contacted for the next steps.
