Process Modeling Engineer - Signavio | Business Process Management Consultant (SAP & Signavio)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Management Consultant with extensive experience in SAP and Signavio . The ideal candidate will excel in process modeling, analysis, and optimization , applying BPM techniques to enhance workflow efficiency within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program . Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:Develop process modeling and analysis strategies for the ITAM program.Apply Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0) methodologies to improve business workflows.Conduct interviews with business process owners to gather requirements and insights.Analyze current "As-Is " process flows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.Build detailed business process hierarchies , segmenting processes into structured tasks.Utilize Signavio to model, refine, and optimize business processes.Drive organizational improvements through Business Process Management principles.Engage with stakeholders and clients , ensuring seamless project execution and collaboration.Must-Have Qualifications:7+ years of experience in SAP with proven implementation expertise.9+ years of relevant professional experience in business process management.Strong hands-on experience with Signavio for process optimization.Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, process mapping, and process analysis .Demonstrated ability to apply BPM techniques to drive workflow enhancements.Expertise in business process modeling tools and methodologies.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills .Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) programs .Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects with business leaders.Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to process management.
