CNC Mill-Turn Operator

About the OpportunityOur client, a growing and well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Mill-Turn Operator to join their team on 1st shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to work with advanced equipment in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC mill-turn machines to produce precision componentsInterpret blueprints, drawings, and setup sheets to determine machining processesProgram machines using Esprit or manual CNC programming methodsPerform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesConduct routine machine maintenance, including tool changes and upkeepTroubleshoot machine or production issues to minimize downtimeComplete production documentation and maintain accurate recordsFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentCollaborate with engineering, quality, and production teamsQualifications2–3+ years of experience operating CNC mill-turn or similar equipmentStrong knowledge of CNC setup, operation, and programmingExperience with multi-axis machining preferredFamiliarity with CAD/CAM systems; Esprit experience is a plus but not necessaryAbility to read blueprints and apply GD&T principlesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWork EnvironmentManufacturing/shop floor setting with moderate noise levelsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsHands-on role requiring strong manual dexterityWhy Apply?Full-time, 1st shift opportunityJoin a reputable and growing manufacturerWork with modern equipment and advanced machining processesOpportunity for long-term stability and career growth
