*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, following detailed schematics and blueprints. Your energetic approach will ensure efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing projects, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to support our operational excellence. *Responsibilities* * Assemble mechanical components and products using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools. * Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate assembly. * Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, shop math, and other measuring instruments to verify component dimensions and assembly accuracy. * Conduct mechanical blueprint interpretation and machining tasks as required for assembly processes. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols and safety guidelines. * Perform manual handling tasks safely, including lifting, positioning, and securing parts during assembly. * Support quality control procedures by inspecting assembled parts with measuring instruments and ensuring compliance with specifications. *Experience* * Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments is preferred, especially with warehouse or industrial settings. * Demonstrated proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for mechanical assembly. * Hands-on experience with soldering, machining, or other fabrication techniques is a plus. * Familiarity with shop math and the use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. * Knowledge of mechanical systems, assembly procedures, and the use of power tools and pneumatic tools. * Ability to interpret manufacturing documents accurately and follow detailed instructions diligently. * Previous experience working with specialized industrial tools or in environments requiring strict safety standards is advantageous.
