Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial ConstructionTampa, FLA growing regional general contractor with over 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team in Tampa, FL. This role offers an entrepreneurial opportunity to lead projects from award to closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and build lasting client relationships.Must HavesMinimum 5 years of commercial or industrial construction project management experienceExperience managing ground-up projects such as grocery stores (e.g., Publix) or big-box retail (e.g., Target)Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project executionExperience negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractorsAbility to manage RFI, submittals, and change order processesDegree in Construction, Engineering, or related field preferredPosition OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
