DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Pool Attendant to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming outdoor pool environment during our busiest times. This role plays an important part in the guest experience by ensuring the pool area remains properly stocked, sanitized, organized, and enjoyable for all guests.The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, and is available to work weekends and peak pool hours.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests as they arrive to the pool area and provide friendly assistanceMaintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready pool deckClean and sanitize pool chairs, tables, and shared guest-touch surfaces after useMonitor occupancy levels to help maintain safe spacing and comfortRestock towels and guest amenities throughout the shiftMaintain proper set-up and presentation of the pool areaFollow all cleaning procedures and safe handling instructions for cleaning agentsRespond to guest requests promptly and professionallySupport the housekeeping and hotel team with additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForOutgoing and service-oriented personalityWeekend availability is requiredAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishComfortable working outdoors in warm weather conditionsAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift pool supplies for extended periodsSelf-starter who works well with limited supervisionStrong teamwork mindset and willingness to support other departments as neededKnowledge of cleaning products and sanitation procedures preferredWhy This Role MattersOur pool area is one of the most memorable touchpoints of the guest stay experience.
