Concrete ForemanWe are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead residential and/or commercial concrete projects across Iowa and surrounding states. This position requires hands-on leadership, quality workmanship, and the ability to manage crews while meeting safety and production goals. Travel is required, with hotel accommodations provided.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead concrete crews on residential and commercial job sitesPlan and coordinate daily work activities to ensure productivity and qualityRead and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specificationsEnsure proper forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of concreteOperate and oversee the use of concrete tools and equipmentMaintain job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standardsCommunicate effectively with project managers, customers, and crew membersMonitor material usage and report job progressTravel to job sites in Iowa and surrounding states, staying in hotels as neededRequirements:34 years of hands-on concrete experience (residential or commercial)Prior leadership or foreman experience preferredStrong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and placementAbility to manage and motivate a crewValid driver's licenseWillingness to travel and stay overnight during the work weekStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailSkills:Concrete, Concrete finishing, Concrete form, commercial construction, residential construction, Construction, CarpentryTop Skills Details:Concrete, Concrete finishing, Concrete formAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-commercial construction experience is a plus, can have residential experience as wellExperience Level:Intermediate LevelJob Type & Location:This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, IA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
