We are a team of experts from top-tier research and technology backgrounds, dedicated to defining a new product category that empowers professionals to delegate high-level tasks to AI agents.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Founding Product Designer to join our core team in downtown San Francisco. As the first designer at the company, you will own the end-to-end UX for our primary platform. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who has shipped real products to professional users and understands how to design for trust, observability, and complex technical interactions. This role involves inventing new interaction patterns for AI agents and setting the design bar for the entire organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAgent Interaction Design: Define how professionals work with autonomous agents, including plan review, step-level approvals, scope boundaries, and human-in-the-loop handoffs.Design for Trust: Create the observability surfaces—such as reasoning traces and audit histories—that make agentic actions legible and verifiable for high-stakes projects.Application Architecture: Own the primary desktop application shell, including information architecture, navigation, and integration surfaces for various professional tools.Design Systems: Build and maintain a comprehensive design system from scratch, ensuring tokens and components scale across diverse technical environments.User Research: Partner with product and engineering teams to conduct customer calls and usability sessions, ensuring the product deeply aligns with user workflows.Requirements:Education: Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical field (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Design, or Architecture).Experience: 7+ years designing digital products, with at least 2 years owning a major product surface from research to shipment.CAD Expertise (Mandatory): Direct experience either as a CAD practitioner (Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Manufacturing, etc.) or as a designer of CAD-based software.
