Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving and working in collaboration with all the members of the Advancement team, the Regional Advancement Officer’s responsibility is to design and execute an annual comprehensive philanthropy strategy for prospects in their region. Carrying a portfolio of 100-125 qualified prospects, the Regional Advancement Officer is expected to set and achieve aggressive annual philanthropic goals. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: 1. 4-year collegiate degree or equivalent 2. At least five (5) years of professional fundraising experience in a not-for-profit setting with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding annual goals and personal metrics as a gift officer. 3. Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs Preferred Qualifications: 1. CFRE or Master's Degree 2. Experience with Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, or other advancement CRM 3. Experience working with or for people with complex needs. Ready to make a difference?
