We partner with clients to help identify and hire the right employees.Our client, Pocono Farms Country Club (Tobyhanna, PA), is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our culinary team to support multiple dining venues and a busy banquet/catering operation. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while supporting high-quality dining experiences for our members and guests.Key Responsibilities:* Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area* Assist with kitchen cleanliness, including floors, trash removal, and equipment* Support kitchen staff with basic prep or tasks as needed* Follow all health and safety guidelinesExperience and SkillsQualifications:* Strong work ethic and reliability* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Team player with a positive attitude* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.* Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but not requiredSchedule:* Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays* Opportunities for both part-time and full-time hoursWhat We Offer:* Competitive hourly pay* Supportive team environment* Opportunity to grow within the food & beverage team* Employee meals and potential club perksIf you're dependable and ready to be part of a professional kitchen team, we'd love to hear from you!
