Job DescriptionA well-established, family-owned farm operation in the Finger Lakes region is seeking a dependable, hands-on Farm Hand to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking ownership of day-to-day farm operations.Key Responsibilities:Operate a variety of farm equipment including tractors, planters, sprayers, and harvest equipmentAssist with planting, spraying, harvesting, and general crop production activitiesPerform routine maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on equipmentSupport grain handling, loading/unloading, and facility upkeepAssist with general farm duties as needed, depending on season and workloadQualifications:Ag bacPrior experience operating farm equipmentBasic mechanical skills (ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on farm equipment)Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasonsAbility to work independently and as part of a small teamValid driver's license required; CDL is a plusCompensation & benefits:Stable, year-round opportunity with a reputable local operationVariety in day-to-day responsibilities (fieldwork, equipment, grain handling)Tight-knit team environment with hands-on leadershipCompetetive pay (based on experience), full benefits including health insurance, retirement, vacation, PTOIf you enjoy working with equipment and want to be part of a solid farming operation, this could be a great fit!Please submit your resume to be considered.
