5 STAR FACILITY!Company Description Principle LTC is a provider of skilled nursing facility management services dedicated to delivering high-quality care to residents requiring both long-term and short-term support. The organization operates thirty- eight facilities across North Carolina and Virginia, with approved plans to build six additional facilities in North Carolina. Principle LTC emphasizes operational excellence and a resident-centered approach, while also supporting the professional development of its team members. Role Description This full-time, on-site Director of Nursing role is based in Greensboro, NC. The Director of Nursing will oversee all nursing operations within the facility, including staffing, clinical practices, and adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. This position will lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure that residents receive person-centered, evidence-based care. The Director of Nursing will monitor quality indicators, manage infection control programs, and implement performance improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of safety and clinical outcomes. The role also includes collaborating with leadership on budgeting, resource allocation, survey readiness, and fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.Qualifications Strong leadership abilities in Nursing Management, including supervising clinical teams, coordinating care delivery, and overseeing nursing operations.Demonstrated expertise in Nursing and Medicine, with a focus on evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, and resident-centered care.Proficiency in Infection Control, including implementing and monitoring infection prevention policies, staff education, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.Experience in Long-term Care, including familiarity with skilled nursing facilities, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes.Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure).Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., long-term care or leadership) are a plus.Proven experience in a nursing leadership role within a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain survey readiness, and adapt to changing clinical and regulatory demands.
