This opportunity is open to experienced physicians as well as 2027 residency candidates. The physician will help lead and support all clinical aspects of the practice while delivering high-quality patient-centered care in an outpatient and hospital-based setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive urology care to adult patientsCollaborate with clinic leadership on operational and clinical initiativesSupport quality improvement efforts and patient care standardizationParticipate in strategic planning related to clinic growth, services, and patient outcomesMaintain strong working relationships with physicians, staff, and referring providersAssist with development and implementation of departmental policies and proceduresParticipate in medical staff committees and interdisciplinary care initiativesMonitor and support quality assurance and patient outcome programsCommunicate effectively with leadership regarding clinical and operational matters ScheduleFull-time positionDay shift schedule Required QualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited institutionBoard Eligible or Board Certified in UrologyEligible for medical licensure in AlabamaAbility to obtain medical staff privilegesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment Preferred QualificationsPrevious clinical leadership or committee participation experienceInterest in quality improvement and program developmentStrong organizational and relationship-building skills Key Skills RequiredUrologic clinical expertisePatient-centered care deliveryMultidisciplinary collaborationQuality improvement and clinical leadershipCommunication and relationship management Why This Location?
