This is a high-energy position that requires both forklift expertise and the willingness to jump in with manual labor. You won't be working in a silo; you will be part of a coordinated team that works together to sort and move inventory quickly and safely.Dock Loader / Unloader Primary Responsibilities include:Your main responsibility is the efficient loading and unloading of trailers, ensuring all freight is handled with care and organized correctly for transport.Forklift Operation: Utilize an industrial forklift to safely move, stack, and stage pallets and heavy materials on the dock and inside trailers.Team Loading/Sorting: Work as part of a collaborative team to manually lift, sort, and organize large rolls of material (up to 50 lbs).Freight Verification: Assist in verifying that inbound and outbound loads match the manifest and are free from damage.Dock Maintenance: Keep the dock area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe working environment for the team.Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all warehouse safety protocols, especially when operating machinery or performing team lifts.Dock Loader / Unloader Requirements include:Forklift Expertise: Proven experience as a Forklift Operator is required.
