Business Management Intern - Summer 2026

DescriptionThis rotational internship at Aginsky Capital Group (www.aginskycapital.com) is open to college seniors, recent college grads, and graduate students, and it is designed to offer a broad range of hands-on experience in all aspects of running a business. You will be able to contribute towards starting a business, handling business operations, finance, marketing, business development, plan exit strategies, delve into mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and have a taste for things like forensic accounting and commercial property management. In addition, working in a small boutique investment firm means you will be working directly with top-level management, and be able to learn directly from them. We also want this to be a platform for you to pitch ideas and projects that you wish to pursue. Want to learn how to analyze and buy a business? Or maybe you want to develop your aptitude for sales, we’ll help you with that too! In short, this internship is a great opportunity to figure out what you enjoy, and what you don’t, and equip yourself with valuable skills and experience for the future. We would love to find someone to remain with us after the internship program as a full-time employee, but it's not necessary, and we will assist you should you be looking for opportunities elsewhere.
