Job DetailsDescriptionGENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONWorks in all areas of responsibility to build, print and process daily statement cycles within time frames set in procedures, including electronic statements. Manages statement cycles to ensure receipt of maximum discounts available. Reviews existing and new processes to ensure completion are being done in the most efficient manner. Provides backup support to Retail Support when warranted.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Uses online computer to build, process and print daily statement cycles including review of daily Acquire reports. Finds and corrects missing images within the statement process. Using inserter machine, prepares required notices to be mailed including but not limited to OD/NSF notices, loan payoffs, past due notices, wire transfer notices, IRA notices, CD notices, tax documents, privacy notices, Safe Deposit Box notices, etc. Maintain statement logs for Postal auditing. Maintains Auto-Mail software and works with vendor to ensure that each computer is up to date with the latest certification software. Performs quality control of Auto-Mail items by comparing weights against the Floating Batch Manifest. Prepares routine and special reports monthly on activity, as directed by the Supervisor. Maintains and cleans the inserter machines to ensure proper operating function. Contacts vendor when a service call needs to be placed on the inserter machine and is the vendor's primary point of contact for such service calls. Maintains and orders all supplies needed for all notices and statement processing. Review eDelivery reports daily and performs maintenance as needed. Maintains and updates the Deposit Operations procedure manual as needed for all areas of responsibility. Serves as backup for Retail Support by answering incoming calls from branch associates. Assists Retail Support associates with assigned daily tasks as needed. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.PHYSICAL ACTIVITIESWhile performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms; frequently required to walk, talk or hear; an.
