Assistant Manager Circulation Fulfillment
Oversee support of subscription applications, including entering and updating customer records and renewal subscriptions and contracts, payment and refund processing, and promotional codes.
Monitor JIRA ticketing system to ensure requests are completed accurately and on a timely basis. Compile weekly and monthly activity reports to identify training and process improvement opportunities. Periodically audit completed requests for accuracy.
Serve as primary liaison with Finance/Tax Department on processing of sales tax certificates and tax exemptions. Work with Marketing team on projects.
Coordinate execution of biweekly mailed renewal notices and weekly mailed notices to AR email bounces (“nixie list”). Work directly with mail house on processing files, reviewing proofs, troubleshooting issues, and processing invoices for payment.
Execute direct mail solicitation campaigns under direction of the Sr. Director of Audience Operations, including compilation of mail files; coordinating merge/purge process with external vendors; updating promo codes and sales URLs; working with mail house to review proofs and track delivery times; and ensure results are being reported.
Utilize Power BI dashboards to access and retrieve business data to respond to requests. Understand how to adjust filters and other selection criteria to generate needed data and reports. Work with Audience Data Analyst to update reports and create new dashboards as needed.
Ensure earned revenue report is monitored for day-to-day variances. Take initiative to research accounts driving significant differences and report findings and resolutions to leadership team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2-5 years equivalent work experience, in a supervisory or management role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

Compensation: $65K - $75K Annual
