Desktop Support Specialist

*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team on a 3-6 month contract in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This is role is supporting an office relocation in the same city. This is an onsite role. Parking and Mileage between sites is compensated for! Pay Rate: $32-35/hr *Duties* Hardware support Office relocation expeirence Unplugging PC's from docking stations and headsets Reconfigure WebEx after the move Hardware set-ups Wiping PC's and servers Decommissioning old equipment Assistance with client relocation - driving in between sites *Experience* Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong customer service orientation Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal Ability to dress business casual (no denim) Own personal vehicle to drive in between sites - mileage will be reimbursed Job Type: Contract Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Desktop Support: 3 years (Required) Windows: 3 years (Required) Office Relocations: 1 year (Required) Location: Los Angeles, CA 90067 (Required) Ability to Commute: Los Angeles, CA 90067 (Required) Work Location: In person
