SeasonalJOB TITLE: Trail Technician Level 3DIVISION: Mountain OperationsREPORTS TO: Slopes Maintenance Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Director of Mountain OperationsLOCATION: Solitude Mountain ResortCLASSIFICATION: Full-time/ Hourly/ SeasonalPOSITION: Trail Technician Level 3, non-supervisory position that is responsible for mowing/brushing ski trails, Aebi operation, and snowmaking maintenance.Specific Job RequirementsSafety Consciousness is requiredFollows resort policies as described in the Staff HandbookKnows Solitude Mountain ski run names, locations, and fall linesHas the ability to lift 50lbs.Has the ability to safely use brushing equipmentHas the ability to safely use chainsaw and has passed trainingHas excellent knowledge of Aebi equipment and operates safely and timelyChanges out Aebi cutter teeth when lost, props up brusher attachment without failHas the ability to operate excavators, does so safelyFuels, Defs, Greases, and Cleans Air FiltersInspects, cares for, and Cleans Equipment.
