What you'll doManage one or two multifamily projects from buyout to turnoverOwn the budget, schedule, and monthly cost reportingLead subcontractor buyout, contracts, and change ordersRun OAC meetings and act as the main contact for the owner and design teamWork closely with the Superintendent on sequencing, logistics, and qualityTrack RFIs, submittals, and procurement so the field stays on scheduleOversee closeout, punch, TCO/CO, and warrantyMentor APMs and Project Engineers on the teamWhat they're looking for5+ years of project management experience with a GCRecent ground-up multifamily experience, ideally podium (concrete or steel podium with wood or light-gauge framing above)Projects of $30M+ delivered as PMStrong understanding of construction costs, buyout, and contractsComfortable with Procore (or similar), MS Project or P6, and ExcelBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredOSHA 30 a plus
