Litigation Paralegal

We are partnered with a North Atlanta law firm with 25 years of practice history in search of a litigation paralegal. This is a growth-oriented hire added to support an expanding caseload across a broad-based general civil litigation practice.The incoming paralegal will gain meaningful exposure across multiple practice areas (business litigation, real estate, government law, municipal law, etc.) and work in a collaborative environment with a manageable workload.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery materialsManage case calendars, deadlines, and court filingsCoordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counselAssist with deposition and trial preparationMaintain organized and up-to-date case filesE-filingKey Qualifications:We are seeking a paralegal with at least 2 years of litigation experience in a full service law firm. A Paralegal Certificate is required for consideration.
