Job Description :Position: Director of RehabLocation: Tulsa, OKSalary: PTA/COTA: $30-$36, PT/OT: $40-$46Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotationRestrictions: New graduates will not be consideredWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rehab to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As the Director of Rehab, you will oversee the rehabilitation department and ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy services to our patients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the daily operations of the rehabilitation departmentDevelop and implement therapy programs to meet the needs of our patientsEnsure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policiesMonitor and track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plansCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patientsConduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and development for therapy staffMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentationParticipate in budget planning and management for the rehabilitation departmentFoster a positive and supportive work environment for therapy staffCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionalsRequirements:Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of OklahomaMinimum of 3 years of experience in a SNF/CCRC settingPrevious experience in a leadership or management role preferredStrong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to rehabilitation servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in electronic medical records systemsMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningIf you are a dedicated and passionate rehabilitation professional looking for a challenging and rewarding leadership opportunity, we encourage you to apply for the Director of Rehab position in Tulsa, OK.
