Role: Program Manager (Oracle)Rate: $77-$85/hour W2, dependent on skills and qualificationsLocation: Prefer local to MN for opportunity to come onsiteStart Date: ASAPEnd date: 9/30/2026 with potential to extendOverviewThe Senior Project Manager will drive the execution of two major workstreams within the Oracle Enterprise Action initiative: Authoritative Data Source (ADS) and Fusion SDLC. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, a proven ability to manage risk, and experience leading both business/data and technical projects.Key Deliverables· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for ADS (data/business) and Fusion SDLC (technical/integrations) workstreams.· Prepare and deliver executive-ready project status reports, highlighting risks, issues, dependencies, and overall readiness in line with EPMO requirements.· Track and report on benefits realization, ensuring project outputs align with intended business outcomes and recommending corrective actions as needed.· Ensure all activities comply with AI COE and organizational project management methodologies, including thorough documentation and adherence to compliance standards.Accountabilities· Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies within assigned workstreams to maintain project momentum and facilitate critical decisions.· Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring commitments are met.· Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices throughout the project lifecycle.· Foster stakeholder engagement and support effective change management to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of project deliverables.Workstream Focus· Authoritative Data Source (ADS): Collaborate closely with business and data teams to lead data-centric initiatives and ensure data integrity and value realization.· Fusion SDLC: Manage technical project components, coordinating with Oracle teams and integration partners to deliver necessary system changes for the Oracle Fusion implementation.
