Job Title: Package AssemblerClient: Medical Device Manufacturing CompanyDuration: 12 Months (possible extension)Location: Louisville, CO 80027Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 2:30 PMAdditional: Mandatory overtime based on business needsSummaryEntry-level production role performing assembly, packing, and basic manufacturing support tasks. Follows established procedures, works with visual aids and tools, and supports quality and inventory processes in a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of electronic and mechanical components• Execute picking, packing, and basic production tasks• Navigate Windows PC systems to follow instructions and record data• Work from diagrams, schematics, process sheets, and written directions• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, saws, and standard equipment• Conduct continuity checks and basic quality inspections• Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble parts or prototypes as instructed• Support manufacturing and distribution activities, including packaging and machinery operation• Report equipment malfunctions and assist with minor adjustments• Participate in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or product storage tasks• Complete routine, clearly defined work under close supervision• Record production data and follow standardized procedures• Communicate with team members within the immediate work areaRequired Knowledge & Experience• Basic understanding of production systems and procedures• 2-3 years of relevant experience
