IT ManagerLocation: Creve Coeur, MO and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.ResponsibilitiesLead architecture initiatives ensuring performance, scalability, and security.Mentor teams on full-stack development, AI integration, and best practices.Conduct technical training sessions and collaborate on cross-functional projects.Create AI-powered applications such as chatbots and recommendation engines.Develop and deploy AI-driven predictive analytics and decision-making solutions.Design high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and Python frameworks.Build modular front-end architectures and robust back-end services (REST/GraphQL APIs).Implement serverless and microservices-based solutions to enhance scalability.Integrate AI-powered automation tools to optimize workflows.QualificationsMaster's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Technology, or related field, plus at least one year of IT experience with React, Python, and TypeScript.OR Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Technology, or related field, plus at least five years of progressive post-baccalaureate IT experience, including at least one year with React, Python, and TypeScript.All experience may be acquired concurrently.Working Hours40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm.CompensationSalary range: $195,500 to $220,000 per year.Travel & TelecommutingDomestic travel up to 25% and international travel up to 10% based on business needs, reimbursed by employer.
