Veterinary Receptionist

Job Description Creature Comforts is a growing, fast-paced small animal veterinary clinic in Carroll, Ohio. We are looking for two personable and highly organized veterinary receptionists to join our compassionate team. Duties include: Answering client calls, scheduling and confirming appointments Greeting and guiding clients to exam rooms Managing medical records, charts and client correspondence Walking dogs, cleaning cages, maintaining cleanliness of exam rooms Processing client payments Requirements: Previous administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting. Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities. Capacity to work effectively and with compassion during stressful situations. Ability to work on weekends and evenings as needed. Schedule 1: 7:30 am – 2 pm M, T, Th 7:30am – 1 pm every other Saturday Schedule 2: 2 – 8 pm M, T, Th 7:30am – 1 pm every other Saturday Company DescriptionCreature Comforts Veterinary Center is a small animal practice located in Carroll, OH.
