In this role, you will lead the development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities include designing and refining production systems, overseeing machining processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and employing LEAN manufacturing principles. You will analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.QualificationsStrong expertise in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering methodologiesExtensive knowledge with wood and metal construction and building techniques, including cabinetry, furniture, metalworkProficiency in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principlesHands-on experience in Machining techniques and operationsProven ability to lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, JIT, or related frameworksExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a process-optimization mindsetBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with CAD and CAM tools with proficiency in Solidworks, Fusion360 and SketchUpEffective leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesFamiliarity with workplace safety, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance practicesSalary Range: $90k-$150k, Bonus, Benefits, Large Growth potential
