The D-BAT Trainer delivers high-quality instruction through private and group training sessions, helping athletes improve performance while creating an engaging and positive training experience. This role is responsible for player development, client retention, and contributing to overall program growth. Key Responsibilities: Training & Player Development (60%)Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions tailored to player goalsDevelop training plans using baseline assessments and ongoing performance trackingProvide consistent coaching feedback to improve skills, confidence, and game performance Client Engagement & Retention (25%) Build strong relationships with players, parents, and coachesEncourage repeat sessions and long-term development through consistent follow-upSupport efforts to re-engage former clients and grow lesson participation Facility Operations & Team Support (15%) Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environmentCollaborate with the Baseball Manager and team to ensure consistent coaching standardsContribute to a positive, high-energy team culture Qualifications Playing or coaching experience in baseball or softball (college or higher preferred)Passion for coaching, player development, and the gameStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage athletes of all agesAbility to build relationships and contribute to client retention and growthReliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced training environmentAvailability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays About the Company TOCA Football, Inc operates one of the largest networks of D-BAT training centers in the United States, focused on delivering high-quality training experiences for athletes and families.
