Interior Tenant Improvement Superintendent
The Interior Tenant Improvement Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises field personnel as required to successfully complete the project according to schedule. This position requires understanding of project plans and specifications. You must be able to read, understand, and implement specifications outlined in blueprints and other construction documents. As superintendent, you will report to the project manager.

Initiate necessary appropriate action with little need for instruction
Key Responsibilities
Adhere to construction schedules
Maintain daily logs
Display permits and required/appropriate signage on job sites
Verify all work is done in accordance with plans
Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of job sites and work areas
Communicate with clients and management, when necessary
Communicate any deviations from schedule and/or budget with project manager
Oversee completion of final punch lists
Qualifications
Completion of high school or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years verifiable construction supervisory experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of Microsoft Project a plus
