BAS Controls Technician/ Programmer

Open Positions We are hiring for two roles that work closely together on the same projects: commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing Tridium Niagara-based building automation systems across our service territory. Tridium certification is required for both positions. BAS Technician | Field / Service Commission, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Niagara-based building automation systems on commercial and industrial projects. You are the person who makes the system work in the real world — and keeps it working. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on BAS/BMS field experience in commercial or industrial settings Active Tridium Niagara certification required (N4 preferred) Demonstrated experience commissioning and servicing Niagara-based systems in the field Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls sequences, and mechanical equipment Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings Proficient with BACnet IP/MSTP, Modbus TCP/RTU, and LON network troubleshooting Valid driver's license; ability to work independently across multiple sites Strong communication skills — you will interface directly with facility managers and GCs BAS Programmer | Programming / Integration Write, configure, and optimize control logic and graphics for Niagara-based BAS/BMS platforms. You understand sequences of operation and can translate mechanical intent into reliable, efficient programming. Requirements: 5+ years of BAS programming experience on commercial or industrial projects Active Tridium Niagara N4 certification required Expert-level Niagara programming: Px graphics, control logic, driver configuration, and Workbench workflows Proven ability to write sequences of operation from scratch and troubleshoot logic end-to-end Experience integrating third-party devices via BACnet IP/MSTP, Modbus TCP/RTU. Solid understanding of HVAC system types: chilled water, VAV, AHU, boiler, and RTU systems Detail-oriented with strong project management habits — you carry multiple projects simultaneously Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
