In this role, you will construct, install, and repair Remodeling projects with hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is hard-working and dedicated to producing quality work. If you are an experienced Remodeler with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you. We would like someone that is skilled with trim, cabinets, tile and trim. Good pay and company truck for the right candidate. Responsibilities Follow all safety rules and regulations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters Install fixtures and materials such as for bathrooms, kitchens, additions etc. Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals Qualifications Previous experience as a Remodeler and Carpenter is required Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements Ability to read and take action on blueprints Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools Knowledge of building regulations and codes Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects A good attitude, flexibility and good people skills are a must.
