Job Summary: We are seeking a Environmental Tech to join our dynamic team in Camden, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Performing tests and/or measurement tasks for the Environmental department. Environmental: The branch of mechanics that deals with changes in the environment, including temperature, pressure and humidity.. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of our innovative projects and maintaining our reputation as leaders in the space and defense sectors CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Test Setup - Read specifications from technical documents (Test Standards, Customer SOWs, and Test Plans/Procedures), identify/prepare test equipment Perform Testing - Monitor tests per specifications, interact with customers if needed, troubleshoot, and document all pertinent data Data Processing - After test completion, verify, review and document all pertinent data. Finalize data and send to the Program Manager Lab Maintenance / Post-Test Breakdown - Physically remove test items. Maintain lab by cleaning all equipment, keeping calibrated instruments current, & organizing supplies Other - Perform other duties as assigned CORE REQUIREMENTS: Under close supervision, able to complete basic technical and mechanical procedures Some interaction with clients Able to assist with basic troubleshooting and basic interpretation and analysis of test results Basic knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical principles, working knowledge of basic safety practices; basic knowledge of refrigeration/thermal systems Basic mechanical skills; basic MS Office skills; able to understand AC/DC circuits MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: HS Diploma or GED; AA or AS degree preferred 0-3 Years of Experience What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
