Medical Center Pediatrics is a thriving pediatric practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children of all ages. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:Triage patient calls and determine appropriate course of action.Provide direct patient care, including administering immunizations, medications, and treatments as ordered by physicians.Assess patient health status, document vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.Qualifications:Current and valid RN license in MI.Experience in a pediatric setting preferred, but new graduates with a strong interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children.Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package including [e.g., health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan].
