This executive will be responsible for aligning technology investments with fan experience, business operations, innovation, and security priorities. The role involves overseeing all corporate IT functions, including helpdesk, infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and business applications, as well as leading arena technology operations that encompass game presentation systems, lighting, sound, broadcast/AV, LED and visual board systems, and event network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of technology and a proven track record in a complex, customer-facing organization, with a preference for those with experience in professional sports, live entertainment, or venue technology. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Technology at the company include partnering with various departments to ensure seamless technology performance during game nights and live events, designing and recommending scalable and secure technology solutions, and developing and enforcing technology governance and cybersecurity protocols. The role also requires the development and management of annual operating and capital budgets, as well as leading and mentoring technology teams to foster a culture of innovation and accountability. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, the ability to translate innovation into operational execution, and a commitment to ethical leadership.
