IT Support Associate

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Provide IT support for Amazon Operations facilities. Troubleshoot technical problems across various disciplines. Handle support requests and procedures across the network. Assist in training new hires and continuously learn new technologies. Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations. Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment used in operations facilities.What You'll Need Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods. Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service. 1+ years of experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support.
