Our Funding Coordinator is an individual with the vision and dedication needed to oversee and develop Funding activities. Our Funding Coordinator role is a challenging and dynamic position with opportunity for advancement. As a Funding Coordinator with Westlake Direct, LLC dba LoanCenter, you will be ensuring a seamless completion of the loan Funding Process. The successful Funding Coordinator will work closely with Loan Officers, Credit Analyst and Management to oversee daily Funding activities.
Duties, tasks, responsibilities include:
Thoroughly review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to Westlake Direct's credit policy.
Verify completeness of all necessary documents and information.
Collaborate with Loan Officers and Credit Analysts to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth Funding process.
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds to Lienholders and Dealers.
Conduct quality control checks on loan files to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the Funding process promptly and efficiently.
Implement improvements in the Funding workflow.
Knowledge, skills, licenses:
Previous experience in Loan Funding or related field is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of loan documentation and underwriting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of online meeting tools (Teams, Zoom).
Comfort and skill with working with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred
Experience:
Automotive and Finance experience; required
Previous Loan Funding or Underwriting experience; preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint); required
Knowledge of Web Applications; required
Knowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL; beneficial

Pay Rate:
What's our pay plan?
Self-determined, performance-based compensation package
$45,000.00 - $70,000.00 annual average range
Base pay of $3,636.53 per month. $20.98 base rate plus monthly bonus opportunity of approximately $2,000.00
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable
