Attract Healthy Relationships Welcome & Session Support Volunteer

Help create a warm, inclusive, and well-supported experience for all participants. Volunteers in this role serve as friendly points of contact, assist with classroom flow, and provide general support to both facilitators and attendees throughout the session.Responsibilities may include:Greeting participants and helping them feel comfortable as they arriveAssisting with seating, navigation around the library, and orienting participants to the spacePassing out class materials, handouts, and sensory tools as neededSupporting the facilitator with light in-room assistance to keep the session running smoothlySetting up and serving light refreshments when applicableProviding one-on-one support or stepping away with individuals who may need additional assistanceFloating between tasks and responding to emerging needs during the sessionThis role is ideal for volunteers who are friendly, adaptable, and enjoy supporting others in a calm and welcoming environment.
