This role will report to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the opportunity to support public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private companies in transforming their data into actionable insights.What You Will DoServe as primary customer point of contact for assigned projectsLead task completion and milestone accomplishments for customersLiaise with project workstreams and contracting partnersDevelop and track project plans and provide progress reports against the planManage project schedule and all contract deliverables to ensure on-time delivery and a proactive management approachManage multiple workstreamsAttend and lead on-and off-site meetings with clients, partners and Amida team, maintaining regular correspondenceLead technical requirement gathering sessions and represent the team's technical interests to the clientParticipate in and facilitate business analysis and system design activitiesPrepare and brief and detailed project-level reports to Amida leadership including project schedule, resources, scope, risks, growth potential, budgets, forecasts, and actualsMaintain and grow the partnership with the client and/or contract partner(s)Monitor industry trends and standards related to project management best practices to assist Amida leadership with the applicable implementationIdentify and present areas of growth or other opportunitiesOther duties as assignedRequired EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management or a related disciplineRequired Experience5-7 years of IT project management experience, with demonstrable successful hands-on implementation or developmentRequired SkillsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects or assignments while ensuring technical accuracyExcellent organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of all work products and deliverablesExcellent analysis, facilitation, mediation, negotiation and client relationship skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, technical staff, and management across all levelsAbility to work comfortably in a rapidly changing environmentA dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environmentExpert level experience using Microsoft Office products to deliver project deliverables and reports, such as AirTable, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create templates, formulas and charts/graphsExperience with Atlassian's Jira project management toolPreferredPMP and Agile certificationsExperience working on or managing IT solutions, government, and commercial projectsExperience working on or managing projects related to cloud data platforms and healthcareAble to produce presentations based on project needsSuccess at AmidaCommunication is the key to success at Amida.
