ResponsibilitiesLead advanced Professional Services engagements, including migrations and architecture modernizationTroubleshoot system challenges and perform recovery/DR exercisesConduct proofs of concept for advanced ArcGIS Enterprise deploymentsLead upgrades and deployments of ArcGIS Enterprise and databasesManage Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes-based deploymentsApply knowledge of databases, storage, and related enterprise data componentsUnderstand server-side servicing, authentication methods, and networking basicsGuide customers and colleagues using repeatable system engineering methodsCollaborate with Professional Services to resolve complex issues and mentor newer staff
