Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Data Scientist to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role will support a leading gaming organization by delivering advanced analytics and monetization insights that improve player experiences, optimize digital revenue streams, and drive strategic business decisions.Responsibilities:Build and deploy advanced analytics models to optimize monetization across subscriptions, digital content sales, and creator-driven marketplacesDesign, execute, and analyze A/B tests related to pricing, user experience, recommendations, and discovery strategiesDevelop LTV models, attribution frameworks, and causal inference analyses to measure business impact and player behaviorPartner with Product, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders to present insights, influence strategy, and drive data-informed decision makingQualifications:4+ years of experience with Python and Databricks for analytics, modeling, and large-scale data processing5+ years of experience presenting insights and communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders4+ years of experience with attribution modeling, experimentation, and causal inference methodsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related technical fieldStrong SQL and data visualization skills with experience translating data into actionable business recommendationsExperience in digital monetization, subscription products, gaming, or consumer technology environments preferredStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance revenue growth objectives with customer experience considerations
