Guest Service Manager
ABOUT THE POSITION:
-Responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, informing guests of hotel's facilities at time of registration.
-Handle guest issues, complaints, and requests and pro-actively resolve in a manner satisfactory to both the guest and hotel.
-Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and be able to give proper directions to these areas.
-Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette, transferring of calls, and taking accurate messages for guests and fellow employees, according to company standards.
-Concierge- Manage guest experience by informing guests of various activities and dining around the area. Booking any activity or reservations as requested by guest.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-High school graduate or GED certificate, with an aptitude for math.
-Previous hotel front desk and SMS computer experience a plus.
-Basic computer skills a must.
Must be able to work well with others and must be able to work alone and overnight shifts. Overnight shift requires staff to remain awake at all hours at the night.
