Job Description: As a Manager in Training for Car Keys Sales, you'll embark on an exciting journey to learn the ins and outs of key making and sales while contributing to our team's success. Your responsibilities will include: Learning the ins and outs of our products and services, including automotive key cutting and programming solutions. Shadowing experienced sales managers to gain practical experience in sales leadership, team management, and customer relationship management. Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives. Providing coaching and support to sales associates to help them achieve their sales targets and professional goals. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences preferred. Strong leadership potential with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software preferred. Genuine interest in automotive technology and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
