This is a great opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in short sales cycles, drives pipeline generation, and knows how to coach reps to consistently exceed targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and coach a team of 3–4 Account Executives in a pod structureDrive team performance against a $20K MRR team quotaBuild and maintain a high-performance, metrics-driven sales cultureCoach team members on deal strategy, pipeline management, and closing techniquesEnsure strong execution of monthly and quarterly sales cadencesPartner with leadership to scale sales processes and improve conversion ratesMaintain a strong understanding of mid-market SaaS sales dynamicsRequired QualificationsProven experience closing deals in the $50K–$100K ACV rangeExperience managing short sales cycles (1–3 months preferred)Strong background in high-velocity sales environmentsMinimum 1+ year of people management experienceProven success coaching and developing 3–4 quota-carrying Account ExecutivesStrong track record of driving team quota attainmentExperience working in monthly or quarterly quota cyclesCandidates with only annual quota experience will not be consideredMinimum 1+ year of experience with Microsoft DynamicsMinimum 1+ year of experience in SalesMinimum 1+ year of experience in SaaS
