Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Overnight Hotline Advocate to join our team on a part-time basis for week nights. The role involves providing crisis intervention and support to individuals in need for the domestic violence and rape crisis hotline. Duties - Respond to hotline calls during overnight hours - Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to callers - Offer resources and referrals to individuals seeking assistance - Document all interactions and maintain confidentiality of callers' information Skills - Experience in crisis intervention and management helpful - Ability to handle high-stress situations with empathy and professionalism - Proficiency in conflict management and de-escalation techniques Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 16-32 per week Work Location: In person Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Every weekend Monday to Friday Morning shift Night shift No weekends Overnight shift Weekends as needed Weekends only Ability to Relocate: Punta Gorda, FL 33950: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
