C & H Solutions is looking for an experienced Custom Applicator to join their team! The Custom Applicator will be dispatched out of Ault, Colorado and work within 50 miles of the shop. C & H Solutions provides multiple services: solids control, fabrication and welding, trucking, engineering, dirt construction, custom farming and more! Custom Applicator Compensation & Benefits: $30-35 per hour Paid weekly Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life and AD&D HSA, FSA Medical and Childcare, HRA 401K Paid Holidays PTO Safety-toed boot allowance Custom Applicator job duties: Spread liquid manure on customer fields using a spreader or drag lines Safely operate a tractor with liquid tankers/implements attached Ability to set up a pump and hose for load in/out Operate and utilize GPS on the tractor systems for efficient field operations Assist with solids control at contracted Dairy Facilities Operate agitation equipment as needed to blend materials Effectively communicate and work within a team environment Check fluids, grease, inspect equipment and report maintenance issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Department Wear all required PPE while on the job Maintain machinery and equipment in a clean, organized, and operational condition Custom Applicator Schedule: Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM The ideal applicant would be reliable, detail-orientated and a team player. The Custom Applicator must have a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR. The Custom Applicator will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing, as well as a pre-employment physical.
