For this part-time position, assist head coach with day-to-day operations of the program; assist with all coaching responsibilities - primary responsibilities will be on offense; off campus and on campus recruiting; use of Front Rush; skill development of athletes; and all other duties as assigned by head coach.
Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference.
Essential Job Functions
Assist head coach with day to day coaching.
Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus. Evaluate athletic talent for recruits.
Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
Assist with planning and implementation of practices.
Manage team social media accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Prerequisites:
COMMUNICATION: Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
SKILLS: Playing and/or coaching flag football necessary.
EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE: Coaching experience at high school or college level.
EDUCATION: College degree or equivalent required.
LICENSES: Drivers license required. Child clearances required.
